GNAW BONE

When an ambitious Chicago reporter gets too friendly with his boss’ daughter, he is exiled to the tiny backwater of “Gnaw Bone.” His boss promises he’ll be able to return to Chicago on one condition: he must somehow find a story worth printing in a town that takes its name from a gas station. An abandoned gas station.

ENDGAME
Written by Samuel Beckett, Directed by Kelly Strauch
Show Dates: April 25th & 26th

An absurdist theatre piece set in a post-apocalyptic world, focusing on two characters: blind, crippled Hamm and his servant, Clov. They bicker, reminiscence about a happier past and consider suicide. It soon becomes clear that their lives have become nothing but routine. They stay together to continue living, but what exactly are they living for?

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
1 minute contemporary monologue
